Polly joined St. Germain in 2021 as Chief Compliance Officer after working with the firm in a consulting capacity for two years. In addition to her compliance duties, she works closely with clients in a service capacity, bringing a client-focused approach to regulatory oversight. A native of the Richmond, Virginia area, Polly brings over 20 years of experience in operations, branch office management, and compliance. She began her career as a Credit Clerk at Wheat First Butcher Singer, a regional firm based in Virginia, and stayed with the organization through numerous mergers and role changes until the firm, as Wachovia Securities, moved its headquarters to St. Louis, Missouri. Following this transition, Polly joined Oyster Consulting, LLC, where she served in various compliance, training, and operations roles in an outsourced consulting capacity, developing expertise that proves invaluable in her current position at St. Germain.
